When the order ships, tap once to move it forward. The tracking page updates immediately, so your customer always knows where things are.
They get a clean page with your store's name on it. It opens in any browser and updates live. If they still want to reach you, there's a WhatsApp button right there.
Any order can print a clean invoice with your store's name and items on it. Once the order is delivered, the same button gives you a receipt instead. Your customer can even confirm delivery with a short code on their tracking page.
