Trace is free for now. We may charge for it later.

Does my customer need to install anything?

No. The link opens in any browser. There is no app and no sign-up, and they see each update as you make it.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. Trace works alongside the WhatsApp you already use. You share tracking links in your normal chats.

Can Trace do invoices and receipts?

Yes. Any order prints an invoice with your store's name on it, and the same document becomes the receipt after delivery.
